Tivoli
Tivoli is a city in the Lazio region and province of Rome, Italy. During Tchaikovsky's lifetime it formed part of the Papal States until 1870, when it was incorporated into the Kingdom of Italy.
Tchaikovsky went on a day trip to Tivoli on 3/15 February 1880, while he was staying at Rome.
