Если ещё не выслано, то на днях на Ваше имя вышлется 4-ручное переложение «Манфреда». Прошу Вас просмотреть его, и если кое-что мне поправите или укажете, как поправить, то премного буду Вам благодарен. К сожалению, гравировка партитуры далеко ещё не кончена, и я не могу её выслать Вам,
— а между тем она бы существенно помогла Вам судить, хорошо или дурно переложено то или другое. Впрочем, в скором времени я вышлю Вам первую часть партитуры, а по мере выхода из-под первой корректуры других частей и их Вам вышлю.

If it hasn't been dispatched yet, the 4-handed arrangement of Manfred should be sent to your address very soon. I kindly ask you to look through it, and if you can correct one or two things for me, or show me how they might be corrected, then I would be enormously grateful to you. Unfortunately, the engraving of the score is far from finished yet, and I cannot send it to you, which is a pity because it would have helped you significantly to judge whether the arrangement of this or that passage has been done well or badly. However, before long I will send you the first movement of the score, and as soon as the first proofs of the other movements have been checked, I will send these to you too.
